City of Ottawa - OpenPlus

Ottawa is the capital of Canada, and the fourth largest city in the country. Serving over 1 million people.

The City of Ottawa was having considerable problems in its in-house ability to manage content in a timely fashion and to adhere to standards. They required a site in which the content would be accessed via taxonomies that were provided by usability analysis. They also wanted several advanced features for listing and finding different types of content.

Our mandate was to build the site architecture, provide a theme on top of Drupal WxT from a supplied design, migrate supplied content VIA a scripted process, and do minimal mobile responsive elements adjustments from WxT.

This project was achieved on a very short timeline along with a comparable budget, but we got the requested job done on time and budget.
