The client required an extremely short delivery timeline, with many different working parts still to be
discovered and integrated.
This presented a wonderful challenge with respect to gathering business requirements as well as overcoming
technical uncertainties at the onset of the project. We were able to work with UNESCO to define many of
the as-of-yet defined interfaces, recommend industry-best-practices when it comes to deploying on Azure,
and collaborating with an extended team of professionals delivering many of the underlying data API that
needed integration into Drupal. The final deliverable was provided on schedule and on budget, despite the
high number of challenges and risks.
